Crop health, mapped
The Normalized Difference Vegetation Index compares how much red and near-infrared light a canopy reflects. Healthy, chlorophyll-rich leaves absorb red and bounce back near-infrared strongly; stressed or sparse canopy doesn't. That difference is what SaveCrop's multispectral camera captures on every flight.
Why it matters
A plant under water, nutrient or pest stress restructures its leaf cells and drops chlorophyll days before a human eye can pick up any yellowing or wilting in the field.
